2025-2026 Application and Enrollment Information
St. Rita School uses an online database system called FACTS for its Student Information System, which includes the two stage Application and Enrollment process. We will communicate through email, social media and our school website once the first stage, Application, is open for new families. There is no fee to submit an Application to St. Rita School. After applying, the St. Rita School Admissions Committee will review and either accept students to the Enrollment stage or wait list a student if needed, dependent on classroom availability. To complete Enrollment, several forms will be required to be uploaded. A Family Registration Fee will be collected at the Enrollment stage.

Timeline for Application and Enrollment:
Monday, January 27th – Application opens for new families
Wed., February 5th – Re-Enrollment for current families due
Wed., February 26th – Acceptances start being sent for new families/new student Enrollment
Family Registration Fee – to be paid with Enrollment Submission:
Family Enrollment Fee (one fee per family, nonrefundable):
$150 if submitted by Friday, March 7, 2025
$200 if submitted Saturday, March 8, 2025, or after
What can you do now?
If you plan to apply to St. Rita School, having these forms ready to be uploaded to the FACTS Enrollment system will be helpful:
- Birth Certificate (new students only – required at Application)
- Baptismal Certificate (new students only, if applicable, not required)
- Most recent physical and immunization records
- Copy if IEP, 504 Plan. Educational Plan (if applicable, required at Application)
- If transferring from another school, copy of current and last year report card (Application)
