Financial Aid

As a community rooted in faith and commitment to quality education, we strive to support our families in making Catholic education accessible. We understand that tuition can be a significant financial consideration, and we are please to offer financial aid opportunities to assist qualifying families.

However, it is important to set clear expectations about the financial aid process and the level of assistance that may be awarded . Below, we out line key information to ensure transparency and clarity:

  1. Financial Aid Availability: Financial aid is available to help families manage the cost of tuitions. Our goal is to provided partial assistance to as many families as possible, based on demonstrated financial need.
  2. Timely Submission of Required Forms: To be considered for financial aid, families must complete and submit the necessary forms, including all supporting documentation, by the specified deadline. It is the responsibility of each family to ensure their application is submitted on time. Late or incomplete applications my result in reduces or no financial aid being awarded.
  3. Application Process: FACTS Management conducts the financial need analysis fir St. Rita School. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documents to FACTS.
    • To apply for financial aid, visit https://online.factsmgt.com/aid to complete the online application.
    • Submit ALL required supporting documents (tax returns, W-2’s, and supporting documentation for Social Security income, welfare, child support, food stamps, workers compensation and TANF)
    • Ensure the application is complete and all materials are received by May 15, 2025
    • Pay the $40 application fee.
  4. Family Contribution: Please not that financial aid to cover 100% of tuition is not awarded. Even with financial aid, all families are expected to contribute toward tuition costs to extent possible. This shared responsibility helps ensure that our resources can benefit as many families as possible.
  5. Award Decision Financial aid decisions are made after careful review of each family’s application and are based on the available funds and the demonstrated need of all applicants. Awards vary and are not guaranteed from year to year. Please note, if you have a current student, you must be current on all of your financial accounts to receive an award. Families will be notified by email of award decisions by June 30, 2025. the award will be credited to the families’ FACTS Tuition account in August, prior to the first payment due date.
